So Data has a pulse. So is his ‘blood’ coolant? Because today computers need a lot of help staying cool, so i imagine he needs a dedicated system for distributing that throughout his body

When computers bog down, their fans speed up. And we know that data has a processing limit. So do you think that if he has a big processing load, his heart rate would increase?
