1. What’s your favorite kind of ice cream? (you can include toppings, specify bowl or cone, etc.)
PISTACHIO. Oh good lord pistachio. Followed closely by Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough. But the best icecream I've ever had was a sundae in Sunderland, and it was layers of pistachio icecream, and I think pecan icecream, and whipped cream on top. The best icecream I've ever MADE however is brown bread icecream. Its caramel crispness is divine.
2. What cheers you up? (ie. favorite song, pictures of puppies, talking to a friend)
Making someone else smile, taking a long hot bath, buying scented candles or perfume, visiting someplace new, finishing writing a fic.
3. What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten?
Probably tree sap. I was curious, it was there, I picked up a lump and ate it. It wasn't very tasty :(.
4. What’s the longest you’ve gone without sleep?
46 consecutive hours. Longest period I've had very little sleep in though was during dissertation week at university; I had a total of eleven hours sleep in five days.
5. What’s your favorite kind of weather?
Outdoors; sunny with a light breeze. Indoors; RAINSTORM.
6. Do you have a favorite article of clothing? If so what is it?
I have a semi-transparent full length sleeveless white and pale blue nightie that I would live in if I could. It's light but it's cool in summer and warm in winter and I love it. Also, it smells a bit like mum no matter how many times it's washed, so it's a comfort thing.

8. When you were a kid, what was your favorite show to watch?
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS THE CARTOON.
9. What’s your favorite thing in/about your room?
I have a memory book I started in high school by getting all my mates to sign, that since then I've kept updating with magazine articles and letters from online friends and train tickets from important events and just little things that remind me of where I've been and what I've done with my life thus far. It's a bit of nostalgia that keeps me happy.
10. Have you ever broken a bone?
Shockingly, no. Clumsiness has taught me to fall down well and being a bit fat has its perks (cushioning and shock absorption).
11. What’s the best dream you’ve had?
*deep breath* Okay, so my memories of it are blurred by time now, but. I had a dream that I was in my kitchen boiling rags that had belonged to lepers, as this would make a brown dye that I needed for some reason, and I had put the kettle on so I would have more water to add to the pan. Meanwhile someone had a picture that was half angel and half demon, and they tore it in half, and for some reason this started the apocalypse. Aragorn from Lord of the Rings ran into my kitchen, accompanied by Legolas and Gimli, and asked if I had any water boiling. For some reason I said "No", at first, then remembered the kettle and pointed to it. Aragorn ran over to the kettle, pulled off the lid, and Jesus jumped out (jumping from a mini-Jesus to full size in the process) and said in Hebrew (which I do not speak or understand but for dream purposes he was), "Thank you, it was getting hot in there". Cut to the company of Aragorn and Legolas and Gimli and me and Jesus overlooking a hill, and a giant beam of light was coming out of the ground under a "sword of truth", and people were walking into the light, flanked on one side by completely white angels, and on the other side by completely black angels, and everyone was going to Heaven.
