I drawed something for this week’s prompt...

Sometimes, the hardest choices are the ones that cost you a piece of yourself.

In this piece, Four loses someone—someone important—just so he can live on.

He carries that loss quietly, but the pain never truly fades.

"To save them, I had to lose a part of myself... and I would do it again."

For all my Fairy!Hyrule lovers who also appreciate a bit of angst, may I remind you:

Faefolk hate the color red as it reminds them of iron filled blood, including red berries. Mayhaps they hurt to eat just like iron hurts to touch?

You can break fae magic by turning your clothing inside out. I’ve seen this shown as the fae being unable to see you, or in some cases unable to perceive your presence at all

Several plants are thought to repel fae, such as boxwood or rowan, but you could really use any plant for this purpose. I see daisies used a lot.

Fae can’t lie, only dance around the topic. Can Rulie?

As mentioned, iron hurts fae. You know what most armor contains at least a little of?

Dancing with a fae often leaves you trapped dancing forever until you die of exhaustion or your magical captor frees you. Rulie doesn’t have much experience with his fae powers, or with dancing. Would he know how?

Pretty please, run wild. Give me more full-fae Rulie, and give me consequences for that

I wanna read a fic where Hylia is kind. She leaves it a surprise because she has to (it takes too much energy to do more than one portal at a time temporarily) but as soon as the quest is over she’s finished working on her project and BAM! Forever transport between their homes!

Has anyone ever considered reverse mentorship?

I’ve never seen something like that in the fandom, but I think it would be a very interesting idea to play with.

Instead of Twilight mentoring Wild, Wild mentored Twilight throughout his journey. Twilight mentors Time instead of Time mentoring Twilight. 

I feel like Wild doesn’t really care about his safety or what happens to him, but definitely cares about Twilight’s safety and is going to do anything to ensure it. He’s just like “Shit, guess I have a kid now. Guess I gotta make sure he doesn’t die and to do that I have to be around a while longer,” and Twilight is just... so happy to have a father figure of his own. There’s Rusl, sure, but he acts as a father figure to most of the village kids and this dad is his and his alone. Wild helps him navigate a world that is so familiar, but also very much foreign. He helps him deal with the fact that he’s never going to be the same person he was before and has irreversibly changed and feel less self-conscious about his marks. 

Twilight sees this literal child and his first instinct is to adopt him immediately. He sees Time, who was forced to go out of the forest he grew up in with little-to-no outside contact left and helps him because he had a similar experience leaving Ordon. He teaches him songs on the ocarina and Time is in complete awe with the fact that Twilight can play songs on grass. When Time gets thrown to the future he helps him continue in a body you’re unfamiliar with. Time is extremely comforted by Twilight’s guidance and feels a bit less like he’s just swinging around blindly. He helps him deal with the fact that the world is a different version of his world. Twilight teaches him to ride Epona.

When they see each other back in the chain it’s just immediate surprise and awe. When Twilight finds out about Malon he’s just like “Oh my god you actually married her.”

Oh no..... I’ve become obsessed with the idea. It seems like my Untitled Documents will have a new sibling....
