Okay listen, it is getting strenuous to wait for Xie Xi to appear. He has less and less “screen time” and whenever he appears it’s just to ask for fish. Why doesn’t he have more to do within the plot? Let him be important. I’m not complaining about the fact that we see more of Chu Sheng and Shizun, but I would really love to read more about Xie Xi.
Oh Lu Qingan had a beloved of his own. Now it makes sense that he a) understood what was going on between Xie Xi an Chu Yu long before Chu Yu himself and b) why he was so supportive of it.
