Advance notice that my exhibition 'Asymmetrical Warfare' will open at the Luan Gallery, Athlone circa 3pm Saturday August 17th, with my friend and esteemed fellow artist Robert Ballagh doing the honours. Hope you can make it! Our 1916 project "Rising Voices" is currently hanging in Mullingar by invitation from Westmeath Co Council as part of their celerations in showcasing a number of commissions and community projects for this 100th year. Originally devised and created by artists #niamhoconnorartist #LoraMurphy and #RosemarieLangtry as a site specific project for the #luangallery #100exhibition...this video opening by #Rogeroshea as part of his live performance and installation submission. I recently came accross this footage recorded at the opening reception showing the true scale of the #tricolour insitu...thought it would be good to share xN (at Luan Gallery)
