Our ticketing personnel are the ones who help individuals get through the line once we open the doors for our show nights. Our policy is to give each guest a token in-game item for their attendance before letting them find their seats inside. This helps up to keep track of how many people attend out shows as well as offering something small in kind for their decision to join us for the evening!
We’re hoping to have two ticket masters outside of the house to speed up the queue, that way no one has to miss the very beginning of our shows. There is a thirty-minute window from open doors to the start of the show, so a single person can get bogged down from time to time depending on the line.
Ticketing staff try to keep people informed that admission is IC only, though that we do take donations, and of our attendance policies (weapons to be forfeited until after the show and pets to be dismissed during the performances) as they wait in line. This information is typically compiled into two customizable /yells so people are made aware as they sit through the queue.
