Heeeere’s my PMD fanmade team!! I’ve lowkey got a lot of ideas cooking for these two. Gonna put their info below:
Phae is a Tinkaton from Scrapheap Island(?), a small area of land in a vast sea, where scrap metals and lost treasures are said to wash up on its shores. Phae spends her time patrolling these shores, always looking for junk that catches her eye. She then takes her haul to her workshop/home in the island’s tiny village, where he then typically recycles what he finds to make something new! Her main job is repairs around the village, though, and their quite good at what they do. Her peppy, rambunctious attitude is contagious, but can also get them into situations where she’s in way over his head. Thankfully, Fidget and their level-head are there to keep Phae and his never-ending energy in check.
Fidget is a Klang from an unknown land. Formerly part of a colony of their evolutionary line, Fidget was outcast for not “fitting in”, literally. The klink line (in this story) are known for establishing elaborate colonies, up to hundreds of individuals all interconnected and forming huge, moving communes that roam the earth. Fidget, since birth, has been unable to turn their gears smoothly, resulting in clunky movements. Shunned and eventually exiled from their colony, they wandered around alone for some time. They eventually ran into a brutal storm, which picked them up and tossed them around until they eventually found themselves washed up on the shores of Scrapheap island, with a tinkaton taking them home and patching them up. Phae and Fidget have been inseparable since. Fidget is levelheaded and rational, which compliments Phae’s wild and carefree nature nicely. They’re prone to bouts of gloominess however, but fortunately, Phae is always there to make them smile again. Fidget admires their teammates ability to always make the best out of a bad situation, and how quickly she’s able to bounce back from anything.
Phae loves her village and everyone in it, but has dreamt of exploration and treasures untold since she was small. One morning, during his daily scavenging, he uncovered a mysterious, ornate orb, albeit heavily damaged. After repairing what she could, the orb seemed to develop a mind of its own, producing movements suggestive of it searching for something. Phae and Fidget, that moment, decided to finally form a rescue team, with their main objective being to find where this item belongs. This is how their grand adventure starts!!
