suji looked to the other, a smile on her face. “relax, it will be okay,” she assured him, though part of her did worry a bit that things wouldn’t be okay. as a member of the royal family, her grandmother had a lot of expectations for her, and dating a ‘commoner’ didn’t exactly meet such expectations. “they will love you. they know how well you treat me and well, so far, all my conversations with them about you have been positive.” that didn’t mean she wasn’t a tad bit worried that they might spring up a surprise on her. “we have to do this eventually, you know?” she stood up and patted his face. “we’ll get through it together.”

               guilt courses through her veins , as though it was some sort of supplement being used in replacement for the blood that was also pumping through her dainty frame at a speedy rate . the previous ongoings that’d lead to her rescuer being bruised & bloody sent her heart racing , & she couldn’t help but to fret over their wellbeing ... small hands cup at their scathed ones , glancing around at the crowd of onlookers that’d gathered as they start to return to whatever they’d been doing prior .     ‘  - are you okay ?? you’re bleeding ... we should go to the hospital , so you can get bandaged up or something ...  ‘

henry had wanted to go out tonight, but the heavy rain pouring down over the streets of seoul had left him stranded in his home. well, not stranded. he supposed he could still go out, but it took away the strong desire that he had earlier. instead, he grabbed a beer from his fridge and turned on his tv, desperately hoping to find something that could catch his attention. he was just settling down when he heard a knock on the door. that’s strange, he thought to himself as he moved towards the door. he hadn’t been expecting anyone. he peeped through the peephole and was surprised to see his ex standing behind the door. while he didn’t want to see her right now, she looked drenched, and it would be cruel of him to actually leave her out there and pretend that he wasn’t home. “what are you doing here?” he asked once the door was open.

“i officially deem tonight a success,” namil grinned as he fell down on his back. he leaned forward, pressing a soft kiss to her shoulder as he looked at her. okay, so their arrangement shouldn’t have exactly come to this point, but why did it even matter anymore? as long as they were having a good time, right? “did you see his face? when he saw you and i kiss ... he was so pissed,” he exclaimed, his arm falling over her midsection. “now, if only my ex could see the same, we’d be good to go,” he noted with a small laugh. “who knew it would be easy to make them jealous?”
