Also!!! They Said that Lian has the biggest amount (and quantity) of that magical Crystal in her outfit, amoung all champions. It is because of her noble blood or something like this.

Ah, actually the crystal makes up the entirety of her rifle! The whole barrel is a tube of crystal, and it is quite lengthy. She also has quite a few crystal embellishments, one of them being a ring strapped to her thigh. Her royalty may have been the reason for her access to so much crystal.
