LUEM pulls us under deep into a rabbit hole with the Los Angeles based artist’s second song, Pull Me Under, which was produced by much talented, oft IHM featured Nick Leng. Pull Me Under feels like a deep swim through dark, shifty waters, its resonating electronic soundscape and LUEM’s rich vocals like a pairing of edgy Purity Ring with fluid London Grammar. Its elegiac sweeping electronic pop densely engulfs me in a dream like world of surreal beauty from which I don’t want to wake up from.
