Waluigi storms off after Isabelle thwarts another one of his plans to sneak into the Smash Mansion.

Luigi: Three cheers for the secretary!

Everyone: Oh she’s a jolly good rookie! Oh she’s a jolly good rookie! Oh she’s a jolly good rookiiiiieee!! (They throw Isabelle up in the air)

As she’s in the air, she sees how down in the dumps Waluigi is.

Isabelle: (thinking to herself) Y'know, back in Smash 4, he seemed like a bully that always showed up wherever Wario was. But, now that I look at it, he just wants attention and is making the worst choices despite already being lucky enough to make an appearance. Maybe…if he had one friend, he wouldn’t be such a meanie.

Everyone: (catches her) That no one…can…(lose the need to keep singing and walks away)
