This mummy design can be seen in this animatic from 2007 and here from 2010, a few years apart with different directors.
He also designed the mosquitos in this piece by Luc dated to 2007, still pretty early into the movie's development.

Can't believe I completely skimmed over this one, this one might be from an earlier HT likely 2006, a store selling garlic can be seen in Luc Desmarchelier's concept art of the town.
