Early Hotel Transylvania storyboard by John Norton.
Quick but high quality flip throughs of the artbook
Human werewolf pup(Winnie) and zombie staff by Luis Grane. Didn't include these in the with the rest of his monster designs but you may have already seen them if you've taken a look at the website.
Garlic Vendor by Luis Grane.
Can't believe I completely skimmed over this one, this one might be from an earlier HT likely 2006, a store selling garlic can be seen in Luc Desmarchelier's concept art of the town.
Early Hotel Transylvania development art by Marcelo Vignali. http://vignalistudio.blogspot.com/
A walk down memory fang: Dracula keeps his cherished memories in his shrine. Artist Marcelo Vignali developed this early image.
Wondering whose face is behind the curtain in Dracula’s shrine at Hotel Transylvania? Artist Marcelo Vignali can tell you.
Welcome to town, visual development art by Marcelo Vignali.
Mon Boutique 2007 by Jim Mitchell.
More of Slobnik but in 3d from Paul Shardlow's archived website and portfolio.
Luc Desmarchlier even posted concept art for this version of the town, the same statue can even be seen.
Paul Shardlow
Looks like some of Paul Shardlow's Hotel T art has actually been posted before, even before the movie released. Neat.
Even More Early Hotel Transylvania
Particularly when Anthony Stacchi and David Feiss were directing.
And thanks once again to rupaverma for stumbling onto these, extremely awesome find.
More Early Hotel Transylvania
The Dracula model here is the same one that can be seen on Armand Serrano's lobby peice and the same design on James Finn's website.
From Paul Shardlow's blog.
An Odd Synopsis and More...
So there is a description for Jill Culton's verison of Hotel Transylvania with two different release dates listed along with the mention of a "Simon Van Helsing" character that's been consistent with other synopses from around the time. The guides for these movies were posted from 2009-2010, you can also find the release dates for other canned movies, early titles, and concept art for some of these as their movie posters.
