big spoon/little spoon: Depends. I like to think Thea enjoys subverting the expectations and be big spoon but then sometimes she'll just... end up feeling down and Luke'll hold her.

who uses all the hot water: Thea. Just, 100%. She does it to annoy him.

who cooks normally?: I think they eat out a lot but I can see Thea learning because she likes the independence.

what would they get each other for gifts?: For serious gifts, they'd likely consult but as a joking thing? Luke buys her boxses of shows she claims to hate. Thea buys him dumb, embarrassing things. I suspect there's been a sex toy.
who kissed who first?: Thea. I think she was emotional.
who made the first move?: If we're basing this off what we've RP'ed, I think it sorta happened. They shared a bed because she was sad and then sexy times happened when drunk and things kinda... fell in place.
who remembers things?: So long as Luke isn't being derpy, he can but Thea's pretty good at it.
