Luke is in Marinette’s class and seat mates with Lila (whom he despises from the bottom of his heart)
Luke is totally in love with Marinette head to toe. Her eyes, her cute little pigtails, the way she acts, he’s just LOVESTRUCK
Everybody is aware that Luke has a major crush on Marinette but Marinette and Adrien themselves. (Adrien would eventually find out but Marinette would never)
He’s begged Alya to sit beside Marinette but she doesn’t want to because 1. she’s a full on Adrienette shipper and 2. she’s hated Lila ever since she stole her fursona (AKA Volpina)
Chloe and Lila are both totally annoyed with the idea of Luke falling in love with Marinette, as in: “why is everyone in love with Marinette UGH what does she have that i dont”
Nino is kind of okay with Lukinette (their ship name which is DIFFERENT FROM LUKANETTE GUYS) because he sort of ships Ladrien from all the times that Adrien just fawns over her (to Alya’s horror)
Eventually, once Adrien gets the message that Luke has a big crush on Marinette. He’s half & half with the situation. Like one side of him wants to support his friend, and another side is just making his chest hurt wHAT IS THIS FEELING?
he eventually figures out that he’s a tad bit jealous, though he tries his best to control it. But in the end he ends up sabotaging Luke and Marinette’s interactions
Adrien also told Nino to stop shipping Lukinette. When Nino said “why” he said “just because” and Alya was all in for it,
Luke may be a big romantic guy, but he’s also soft and a lot of times nervous whenever Marinette is around. He believes what Marinette said about her not liking him anymore. He secretly wished that he could turn back the clock to when they were younger and look for her, become friends with her, and win her heart.
Marinette doesn’t even KNOW what to feel. She’s so conflicted. As in “I love Adrien. But I also love Luka. bUT I ALSO LOVE LUKE--”
