Hearing how he read the logs and put everything together faster than anyone coulda thought?” He sighed, folding his arms and looking at the town below them, the sunset painting the buildings in beautiful oranges and purples. “Nothing’s more sobering than that... but you move on. You just... keep walkin’. The world’s gonna keep spinning no matter what you throw at it - and certainly no matter what it throws at you.”

“And the fact I’m still kickin’. You look at me, what do you see? Someone who can still get outta bed in the morning and go ‘Today’s probably gonna be fine.’“
