Okay, I made it almost 1 year and half ago but yeah, they use the name that their childhood friends gave to them!

Deku: Katsuki called him like that cause in kanji is almost write like "Izuku", plus, it's an insult but Deku doesn't mind it and use it as his hero name and isn't useless anymore.

Eraserhead: Shota didn't know and didn't care about his name cause he didn't want to be in the news, so Hizashi gave him one that Shota imediately accepted.

Suneater: Mirio wanted to reconfort his friend and found him really amazing and strong that he could surpass the sun ("the sun'd get outshine" by Tamaki) so he called him "Suneater" (hmmm... if I'm not wrong cause I read the chapter only once)
