Time lapse vid of part of the first pass of #woodburning onto the 24" full moon #crystalgrid board painted three nights ago during the Worm Moon. (See previous post.) The quick first pass basically only makes it easier for me to see my pencil lines before a much slower second and sometimes even third pass happens to burn the lines deeper into the surface of the wood. 🤓 #icantseeshit. I went shopping… FOR YOU, fam! These are just a few of the gorgeous #hematite-included #amphibole #quartz points I’ll be listing in the #luminousgrids shop this week. They’re so gorgeous in person; photos don’t do them a bit of justice! Being a gridder first (vs. a healer and/or collector), lucking into amazing #crystal specimen finds only to quickly realize that there are only one or two of them available, that I’ll need to make multiple purchases, and/or search through multiple listings to find others of similar size/shape/color simply to have enough to include in a grid… it somehow immediately fills me with feelings of rage. 😠 Sure, I could go meditate about my feelings of lack and probable unhealthy, OCD crystal hoarding tendencies or… FOLKS COULD JUST SELL CRYSTALS IN GRIDDING QUANTITIES! 😡😂 For this reason, I’ve decided to start curating and offering crystal “sets” that will always contain at least 6 specimens. That’s how much I love you - I want to eliminate gridder’s rage from your lives! (Btw, if no one else ever experiences this phenomenon, I don’t need to know. I choose to believe it is a normal, appropriate emotional response to inadequate retail offerings. I have needs, damn it! They are valid and I am deserving of having them met! 😂)
