...I did a panda Luna and panda Rau because I'm angry raureifgos

send me ♩ for my muse to catch yours singing in the shower
Luna had just entered her bedchamber for the night, setting about removing her clothing and exchanging it for a nightgown. It wasn’t until she had started taking off her jewelry that she heard someone’s voice ringing from the bathroom attached to the bedroom.
The princess smiled and stood, going and opening the door to the bathroom. “Rau?” She ventured, seeing a very blurry form in the shower. “Is that you, my love?”

"Is that my shirt?"
Luna rolled over on the floor of her lounge, seeing that Rau had entered. She grinned, raising an eyebrow. ‘It’s just one of your robes…not a big deal, right?” Her eyes glinted as she propped herself up on her elbows. “Do you need it back, my blue?”
five times kissed
send me five times kissed for a drabble about five times our muses kissed
The first time.
Luna had felt it in her chest, a spark, a small flame, as she had grabbed Rau’s collar and pulled his lips to hers.
That growl that had resonated in his throat, his blue eyes wide and surprised when he realized what she was doing. She had been worried for a moment that she had not done it at the right time, but…
Then he asked her for more.
His icy hands had cupped her face that time, clawed fingers drawing gently through her luminous hair. Cold lips against her own warm ones. A pleased purr rumbling through his chest.
It was then that she knew she loved him.
Second time. Curled in bed with him, fingers linked, breathing in the scent, the feeling, the aura of him, not feeling cold even though his very touch was enough to freeze a normal being. She had lifted her face to his, heard him call her the moon of his life, his summer.
She had responded with the Draconic words, words that could not be ever taken lightly, ‘kras’cariol’ (beloved), before coaxing his lips to hers, kissing him as gently as she could without being overbearing.
Third time. She was looking up at him, though this kiss was not gentle, nor was it chaste. It was filled with a heated need, a longing that surpassed anything that was or seemed important at the time. All that mattered was them at that moment, as she raked her fingers through his blue-black hair, and he had murmured the words to her softly, nuzzling her throat and ear.
Fourth time. The wails of their son drowned out every other sound that had been in the room that time. Her hand was still squeezing his tightly, sweat covered her face, but he had kissed her nonetheless, placing a hand on his son with a fatherly love. They had both looked at him afterwards, with wonder and amazement.
Fifth time.
Coming home from Draenor.
He had been waiting for her, and as soon as she saw him she had rushed into his open arms, was embraced for every moment they had been apart. She had cried then, burying her face into him, before he lifted her chin and kissed her tenderly, hands cupping her cheeks and wiping her tears away. That same purr left him, and she knew then that she was truly home…
That with him was where she was meant to be.

3. My muse sneaks up on yours beneath the water and attempts to surprise them.
Luna grinned as she saw Rau at the other end of the spring they were in. He hadn’t noticed her presence just yet, but she knew that would change soon enough. She submerged herself in the heated waters, creeping up to him from beneath the surface before bursting from it and grabbing his shoulders suddenly, laughing as she did so.
"Did I scare you, my blue?"
Rau takes Luna's hand and kisses it.
Luna smiled, dipping her head. “Well, hello, there, Rau.” She took his other hand in hers gently.
Dreams and Promises
It was a long time ago.
Lunastrasza lay next to Itharius. It was simpler times, when it was just the two of them, when her heart felt full and there was nothing for her to be sad about.
At the moment, anyway. He drew away from her at last, pressing his forehead to hers, as he caught his breath, looking at her with such a tender fondness that it made her heart quiver.
"...Are you alright, kras'cariol?" He asked her gently, linking his fingers with hers.
She smiled lightly, keeping her eyes on his own blue ones, letting out a heavy sigh. "...Yes. Yes, my love, I am perfectly fine."
Itharius smiled back, the dimples in his cheeks deepening as he did so. He rolled off of her onto his back, a sharp breath leaving him. She slunk down next to him, resting her pale head on his chest, her eyes glowing golden slits.
"Luna." He murmured.
"Mm."
"You're a terrible liar."
Luna looked up at him and bit her lip softly. "I didn't mean to--"
"No, no, my princess." He stopped her, cupping her scarred cheek in his hand. "I am only concerned for you, you know this." Itharius's other hand cupped her shoulder, and he stroked the tattooed skin there gently.
The dragonprincess closed her eyes and said at last, "I am worried that this is too good to last. Being here, with you, actually feeling safe for once...I've felt this way before, many times, and it's always spoiled."
The green dragon carded his fingers through her luminous hair slowly. "You mustn't think like that, kras'cariol...you mustn't. Zu'u mindok nii los buruk ni wah, nuz hi nis ofan vok hin kopruzah-lorot ful vahk. Zu'u kaat hi, Zu'u fen neh, alun vos tol wah koros einzuk. .. Zu'u fen neh lif hi fah naan, dii lokaal."
He leaned forwards and pressed his lips to her forehead for several moments, before pulling away again, tracing the ridge of her cheekbone with his thumb.
"Zu'u lokaal hi, bek? Voth pah dii hil." Itharius drew her closer to him, this time wrapping both arms around her.
Lunastrasza bit the inside of her cheek to keep from crying. She had to put her faith in him, if they were to be consorts. If they were to give themselves to each other and bring new dragons into the world, she had to believe in him and trust in his words. Her eyes stung after a few moments of fighting not to let the tears slip, so she closed them, and instead nestled into the crook of his neck, taking in everything about him as he held her.
She hadn't felt this way about anyone since her husband had died. It had been so long since his death had happened...her heart had just begun to heal. And yet Itharius understood. He somehow knew what she was experiencing, and instead of abandoning her, chose to help her through it, with patience, and love, and kindness.
"Itharius..." She muttered quietly, tracing the line of his collarbone with an index finger.
"Yes, my princess? What is it?"
She paused for a couple seconds. ".. .I los. .. ful unaz tol mu grind."
Itharius stilled at her words, before kissing the top of her moonlit head. "Ol los Zu'u, dii kulaas. .. Zu'u nox faal Gorah enook sul fah nii."
Hearing his heartbeat through his chest, Luna's eyes finally began to slide closed. Sleep took her at last.
When she woke...
She was in her estate, in the middle of the night, fully clothed. Veriggan dozed in the corner, greatsword propped against her shoulder. Luna's bed was empty.
Another...another dream. She thought, sniffling as the tears began to fall from her eyes. Of times long past...
She slipped from the bed silently, making sure not to cause Veriggan to wake. Creeping to the balcony, she looked out over the body of water that fed between Quel'thalas and the Isle of Quel'Danas. The moon was full, and pale, making the water shimmer and dance with light. A cold nip was in the air, and Luna welcomed it, her tears freezing on her cheeks.
Maybe Itharius was disappointed in her, for not being able to completely move on from him. She would never know.
"Mama?" A small voice questioned from the doorway that led back into her room. Luna turned, and saw Orella, her youngest, holding something that looked like a stuffed murloc and rubbing one of her big golden eyes sleepily.
Wiping her cheeks, she knelt before her daughter, a look of concern on her face. "What are you doing up, darling?"
"I couldn't sleep...I don't like it when Papa goes away."
Lunastrasza hoisted the little girl in her arms. "Neither do I, fariik gein, neither do I."
"What if he doesn't come back?"
Luna paused.
I will be back, moon of my life, I promise. Rau's words echoed in her head, and she breathed in deeply.
With those words came the sayings of others.
I swear to you, my lady, I will not leave you. There is too much of this life that I must experience with you before I go.
This is not the last of me you'll see, dii shir. I promise.
I would never hurt you, my Light. I swear it.
I'll be right back, dalah'surfal! A dragon is nothing to this army that we command! Just stay! I will return to you, I promise!
...I would not leave you if the moons collided and the gods themselves tried to rip us apart. No other woman could take your place, I swear.
Lystrasz. Romathion. Asha. Her husband. The nobleman she had shared a bed with on occasion.
All promised such things to her...the uncertainty that came with such oaths was now a permanent effect of having those words spoken to her.
She knew Rau would always come back. He always did. But still, whenever he left she would feel this voice in the back of her head, telling her to doubt that promise he made, as he smiled and waved goodbye before taking off into the air, much like Lystrasz did before she never saw him again.
"Mama?"
Luna's ears flicked and she turned her head back to her daughter, forcing a smile.
"He promised us that, no? Your father will come back, my darling. He always does..."
And hopefully he always will, She thought.
