Ack, sorry this took so long to finish, @tiphares!! I kinda got carried away. ^^;;;

Hopefully tumblr doesn't mess with the size too much, cuz I specifically made it wallpaper sized.

Ramus' acetone goop is probably hard enough to sand now, which means of course now I'm looking at other bodies to cut apart and goop together for other characters because my brain is still in goop mode. ^^;;

MH torso + Wrasslegal bottom with MH lower legs for Kyle... he's gonna be a bit skinny really, kinda wish I could find something more in-between MH and Ken to use for his upper half, in the right skintone, but I'm okay with this combo for him for now.

Hercules torso + Batman V. Superman waist, shrinken EAH Hunter head for Mel.... gonna be kinda sad to lose the better arm articulation, but the width of Herc's shoulders is kinda perfect for Hell Mel. Soooooo... yup.

Main thing stalling me now is I forget where I stowed the rest of my tiny jam jars for melting doll clippings in acetone... I know I've got 3 or 4 more somewhere around here...

There might be a future where I have the energy and focus actually shade everyone and do better inks with a pen that's not so chaotic, but hooboy that's not right now. ^^;;

Also I don't actually have process pics of this one that are worth sharing, I think... Wait, here's one:

(the problem is the process pics i have are all so chaotic i can't tell what's different between each one, so... this is the earliest one, and it was before i decided to add some fairies, which makes it different enough to be interesting, or something. ^^;;;;)

Kyle and Jessica for @zheida!! The "lesbians doing makeup" pose was the first thing that popped into my head and I just had to run with it hahaha <3

I imagine it's a few years after SSSC, Kyle's sobered up and embraced his femme side and Jessica is VERY keen to support her partner's desire to be prettyyyyyyyy :3 <3

One thing I've learned from taking sketch requests over the past two years... is I have trouble "sketching", or leaving a sketch a sketch. Last year's Lunar "sketch" requests all turned into digital paintings, and this year I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what actually constitutes a digital "sketch" for me. :B

Idk if I'm any closer to an answer, and this pseudo wood-cut style I've stumbled into has been faster in some ways and slower in others (negative space lineart is trickyyyyyyyy to edit), but I did figure out I just need to STOP and POST already.

So tempted to just keep refining and refining and rendering, but maybe that's what really makes a sketch a sketch: the self control to say stop.

Anyway, maybe I need to start taking requests for 2024 Lunar Sketches in advance, if I want to actually be done with them by @lunarweek or sometime next summer XD ^^;;;;;
