I had the good fortune to meet and converse with astronaut Michael Collins, Lunar Module Pilot of Apollo 11, at NASM in 2009. A true gentleman, witty and engaging, humble and so intelligent, he signed my copy of his autobiography and discussed my doctoral dissertation with me. I will cherish the memory always.
