Nutritious and Affordable Lunch Tips Nos. 2 & 3

I have previously shared the lunch tip that keeps this man moving featuring sardines or anchovies, but this year I have found oysters top my list, especially these Crown Prince Smoked with Red Chili Pepper (tip no. 2).

Today when I opened the lunch bag I found I forgot to pack my silverware. (Tip 3) You can halve an avocado with the blade from a utility knife, and scoop it out with a mini pretzel rod. The rods can also mash the avocado and mix it with your oysters (or sardines) and kimchee, as well as serve as an edible simple machine for delivering the mash to your mouth. To your health. 🍻

the amount of time and work that goes into putting together Christmas is a lot.  

like until you have kids and have to make that magic for them... you never really know how much work your parents put in...

particularly if you grew up with not a lot of money - like looking back at all the handmade decorations my mom had... I am like “how did you find the time?” Cuz I am just trying to do half of what she did and I am already exhausted....

Told a coworker today that I was of the opinion that we should publicly guillotine bank executives who screw consumers. He seemed taken aback, but the fact is that if there are no meaningful consequences to corporate greed nothing will change. Companies view fines as a cost of business, but I suspect watching the head of a CFO roll off the chopping block would give some of these suit-wearing, soulless, greedy motherfuckers pause.
