Tabasko - Lunid Bandit Lord
A cautious and calculating Lunid warrior who leads a large gang of bandits along with his partner Habanera. Together, they reject and seek to tear down traditional Lunid society and its obsession with social class and appearance, while offering a lifestyle to others free of such shallow judgement. In their tight-knit community, the only judgement imposed on others is that of their actions and behavior. This gives a second chance to many Lunid who were dealt a poor hand in life. This coupled with their refusal to target vulnerable and downtrodden maskotians causes them to be viewed by some as paragons of justice. However, this view is not shared by all maskotians, as their actions are often extreme and may result in the razing of cities and kidnapping of Lunid offspring.
While supporters from other species are not barred from joining, they’ll be most likely be treated as outsiders and judged very critically due to their background. (Those who do not share the Lunids’ social pressures tend to have a social stigma attached to them, although they can prove themselves through their actions to overcome this.)
Tabasko’s wings (a symbol of Lunid identity, and the most prominent feature of their appearance) were badly damaged at a young age, and as such, he was viewed as a lesser being by most of society. Along with this, he sports four arms - an uncommon mutation seen by most Lunid civilizations as having no place in society, save for a few low-rung worker-class positions. Needless to say, it didn’t take him long to abandon his previous life and seek an alternative. He always tries to give his enemies a second chance to defect and join his cause, just as he was given one long ago.
