I started this piece in February and loved the way it was turning out so much that I was afraid to keep working on it, thinking I’d mess it up. I was afraid of myself and messing up my own work 😳 These are the times when unnecessary fear creeps in and becomes paralyzing. I keep getting in the way of myself and have to keep reminding myself to step back, stop overthinking, and just let it flow. 💜 I decided to get back to work on this piece and make it my holiday 2018 exclusive because it had a circular, wreath, formation about it. I added “Joy” in white lettering. My goal is to have it complete with product ready to sell on the 15th. Now you know where I’ll be for the next few days, drawing, drawing, drawing, chugging away on “Holiday Joy”. 🎄🎄🎄 We need joy right now. Extra thoughts & prayers to California. Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills and Malibu were my stomping grounds for 10 years. A lot of my friends have been impacted, evacuated, and have had loss.
