Moana - does your muse believe in fate or destiny? what is theirs?

Anyway, Roxas does believe in it, and believes that it can’t be changed. I feel that opinion might change in the future.

He believes in making your own path, doing what you want, etc., but said path is what destiny intended long before you existed. Oh, so you decide to drop that path and choose another one? Also what destiny wrote long ago. There’s a word for this in my religion if I could only remember it! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ pre-destiny or something? idk.

This is an odd mindset for him considering that he is still twilight. You’d think he’d believe the opposite, that a single person can change something so powerful. After witnessing what happens when someone tries, how it can literally destroy lives, he is against it, as protective of life as he is.

As for knowing what his own destiny is? He isn’t 100% sure. All he knows that for now he’s there for his best friends/family and is protective af of them. He doesn’t go out of his way to make sure other worlds are safe since he finally has a real life and doesn’t want to be a hero (I notice I mention this a lot oops). Unless Nomura says something about Roxas doing something post-KH3 this is all I’ve got.

Overall, I need to elaborate on this asap. I would love to plot about his view on destiny and all that stuff. Consider this a “I’m not fricking sure and will have a fleshed out answer in the future.”

♕ - As their journey draws to a big city, many things came along the lines of unexpected. How futuristic would it be? Would this be a potential reflection to the more business related ends of Destiny Islands? Tons of fun comparisons could be made as that thirst for adventure was ever growing. One thing however didn’t sit upon that extended list and instead, just bumped itself directly into the placings.

Rain storms..

Sharp bites of water poured non stop from the heavens above and was seemingly holding no rest. It would be their luck to find themselves thrown into the gist of it. By the time they found a moment of cover, their hair was soaked alongside of their shirts as a nice ‘bonus.’ Thankfully magical clothing didn’t take long to dry, meaning a small amount of time was had to muscle the discomfort of squishy cloth stuck to his skin. “If I didn’t know any better, I’d think that the weather was waiting for us to drop on in. It looked just fine a second ago!”

As fine as rolling storm clouds mixed with gray skies could look. Rapid taps could be heard pattering upon the steel overhang this closed down shop left hanging, only adding to the dreary looking mood with puddles growing all the bigger upon the asphalt streets.

This just wouldn’t do! How were they supposed to figure out the extent of this mystery if they were stalled like this? Normally he wouldn’t mind as much to be running about in the rain, yet, having Kairi alongside of him had him a touch more considerable. As their small talk eased off into antics, that’s when Sora notes one particular solution to their plight. Compared to many of the worlds they’re in, showing off magical abilities causes more issues compared to lessening them. Yet one worn day sales sign was glimmering before his very eyes. A solution!

“I think I have an idea..”

”And it’s a looooot closer then we think!” It was all at the low low price of a bit of property damage. Yanking the sign clear from the ground, he held the board overhead as makeshift umbrella that would serve as their veil for the time being. A cheeky grin surfaces while he flashes her a playful look, relaying the plan. “Problem solved! Let’s head out to that one place they instructed!” Sora chimes in before dashing on off with Kairi in tow.

A moment like this serves as a reminder of how they’re still some troublemakers at heart. No amounts of responsibility would swerve away these crafty ideas that would likely sport them some disapproving gazes. Yet how could he mind? Not when the two of them felt like partners in crime as dramatize cackled escape from the keybearer’s lips. It was an odd sense of freedom being breathed within his heart, a sensation he’s taking in full stride by her side. Tucked underneath this steel shadow, once again they were on the move!

⭐︎Naminé couldn’t help but giggle softly, she gently rested her head against the other’s shoulder as she looped her arms around the other’s waist. They hadn’t meant to tickle the other- in all honesty it had been an accident, but it had gotten the other to smile which was good enough for her.

“Well I guess you learned something new.      And I learned if I ever need to get you to smile, i’ll just tickle you there!”
