Chain of Memories’ card game mechanics isn’t actually that bad. Everyone who has played the game and chose to complain about it are terrible strategists who don’t think to prep their decks ahead of time and think they can get away with hacking and slashing, dodge rolling with the occasional firaga throughout the whole game. You can’t.

You gotta strategize, prep your goddamn deck, and believe in the heart of the cards folks.

A large, intricate clocktower loomed over the city, but there was no actual clock upon it. The sky that was always the same- the sun fixed at dawn. And the lighthouse... the lighthouse she always found herself during these dreams. How many times now had she walked up and down it’s circular stairs?

But this time, there was someone at the top of the stairs, waiting for her.
