“ sacré dieu ! ” the woman swore, more vulgar than she looked, the surprise of her brother causing her to jump, pastry in her hand teetering on the edge of her dish. “ arrêter ! j'aurais pu laisser tomber mon croissant ! ” she scolded him, the french words at home in her heavy accent, akin to that of her brother, just like the crystal, piercing, blue hues glaring into his before she relaxed, always at comfort in the company of her brother, draping herself beside him and she set the pastry down, nose scrunched in distaste.
“ perhaps it would have been good if it had fallen, the kitchen is abysmal compared to that of home, ” her words remaining in her native tongue. she was over-dramatic, a second nature to the brunette who exuded luxury, fed off nothing but the shiniest silver spoons and cloaked in only the finest of fabrics. god’s gift. or at least the first of a twin set.
