Ingredients: 1 bottle 3D Cabernet Sauvignon. 8 oz filet mignon. 1 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp unsalted butter. 1 sprig fresh rosemary. 1 sprig fresh thyme. 1 cup mushrooms, sliced. 1/4 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat. Rub filet mignon with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Grill or sear the filet mignon for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook until fragrant. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they begin to brown. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Serve the grilled filet mignon with the mushroom cream sauce, accompanied by a glass of 3D Cabernet Sauvignon.
