They were actually really easy because my mom gave me her old electric frying pan...so if you heard maniacal laughter coming from the general direction of Maryland the other day, my bad.

I used egg roll wrappers cut into quarters to make all of these (and I cut the extras into strips and fried them, because why the hell not, to which my brother suggested adding cinnamon sugar because he is brilliant).

For the smoked salmon ones, I mixed cream cheese, fine-chopped smoked salmon (leftovers from mother's day bagels) and maybe 1/8 teaspoon of worcester sauce to make the filling, put maybe a quarter-teaspoon in each square, sealed the squares with water into triangle shapes and make the triangles hug themselves.

The chive and onion ones were even easier! Chive and onion cream cheese (more bagel leftovers) with worcester sauce, and just leave the triangles as triangles.

Everybody regardless of filling got fried 2 minutes each side in 350 degree oil, dried them out on a plate with paper towels, and smacked my brother's hand when he tried to eat them all before they were cool.

Served with a simple salad so I can pretend I am eating healthy food sometimes, and basked in creamy crunchy bliss
