They've been together for a while, and rhett has always topped. His ego is telling him that he needs to maintain the "manly" position, but he's always been curious and he wants to experience everything with link.

He's hesitant, but they discuss it and decide rhett will try bottoming. Neither of them are sure when they start out, but eventually rhett is riding link like it's what he was born to do.

(Tbh I just want more bottom!rhett, especially him riding link)

Rhett is a professional masseuses. This tall giant man is known for his deep tissue massage; (with those arms who would doubt that?) also, surprisingly has a heavenly tender touch.

Link is a grumpy/successful/overworked office worker, (stiff suit and tie type) that needs to get all his built up tension and stress rubbed out of him.

Rhett is sick and Link takes care of him. He may have managed to burn the soup and accidentally set the water temperature too high/low but he tried his best! And Rhett appreciates it unconditionally.

rhett's twin sister passes away leaving a very chaotic, sad, mess, always crying baby whose only living guardian is single, young, inexperienced uncle rhett. rhett is a mess, doesn't know what to do, just a step away from a nervous breakdown trying to care for this child that reminds him of sister all the time. in comes his guardian angel from the apartment upstairs. hearing all the constant crying, young, chaotic, dashingly handsome, more experienced single dad link neal comes to the rescue, and is immediately smitten by the curly haired pretty boy who's been awake far too long. they help each other out and form a dysfunctional yet full of love blended family with their kids

Tw: panic attacks, anxiety

Rhett gets a call in the middle of the night, it's an unknown number, he doesn't want to pick up, but he does and it's the manager of a bar. A gay bar. Link is there, he's slightly drunk and he's had a panic attack. The bar people didn't want to let him leave alone, and he asked them to call Rhett. Rhett is freaked out but he rushes to get him, Link comes with him to the creative house, but is subdued and embarrassed. He doesn't tell Rhett what's happening and Rhett is confused and terrified. Couple of days later, Link admits that he's coming to grips with his sexuality now that he's older and wiser and he wanted to experience something new, know what he wants, his wife is okay with it, but he couldn't deal with all the things happening around him, the weight of it all. So he freaked out, had an anxiety attack. Rhett is sad that he didn't know about this part of Link, but shows his full support and vows to help him. He goes with him from there on out to Link's 'finding himself and what he wants tours', asks questions, tries to be an ally and in this process, learns more about himself and falls more and more in love with Link, they both fall more in love with each other than they already are
