The Senior School Science Department teaches with “pets in the classroom”. Mr. Ogletree said "Cadets are different when interacting with pets while teaching. Each day, Lucy and Pedro, are given to a different cadet to build a responsibility from feeding to cage maintenance." The birds were donated by Cadet Davison’s family. The Science Department is always in need of donations of gift cards to purchase supplies for animals as well as new pets for the classroom.
