Way more success with plastic free veggies at The Wedge on Lyndale! I already made some carrot greens chimichurri, and can’t wait for some more delicious recipes I have planned for this coming week!

The haul includes: carrots secured with 1 rubberband and one twisty tie, red cabbage with zero packaging!, vine tomatoes with zero packaging!, scallions with 1 rubberband and one sticker-ish tag, cucumbers with one sticker per cuke, and bulk quinoa and raw cashew pieces in paper bags that will make their way into the compost. Jars were at home because i have to fail a little bit every time.
