Lyney obviously didn't know every magic trick in Teyvat, that would be almost impossible, but he did know quite a few of them and he could usually figure out how others were done fairly quickly, but how your suitcase managed to hold a whole boar, crystalflies of every element, and tens more animals, some of which he'd never seen before, was beyond anything even he could imagine.
You'd left him speechless, mouth agape as he stared at you in awe, "Mon amour, how is this possible? How are you doing that?" You blushed slightly, seeing the way his eyes shun like that of child's when they see something magic for the first time, "I can't tell, it's a secret, but you're welcome to use it for one of your shows, just make sure to feed the scorpions, they get angry otherwise and they aren't very nice when they're angry."
𑁍༄Zhongli:
Zhongli stared at your happy face, your arms extended outwards, being used as a perch for at least 10 exotic birds...all of which had appeared from your suitcase. Originally he had assumed this was only possible because the work of an adepti, but upon closer inspection he saw no signs of adeptal power, infact it seemed completely foreign to him...which only made him more curious.
"You say it can hold as many animals as the forests of Liyue? That's certainly a incredible feat...may I asked how you've acquired such a unique and interesting treasure?" He smiled slightly at you, hoping you'd clear up the mysterious nature behind the briefcase, but you simply chuckled, "One day I'll tell you, but for now it would be far more fun to keep it a secret~"
𑁍༄Tighnari:
Tighnari was sitting in front of your suitcase with his eyes glued to it like at any moment it could actually explode, not because it was somehow holding more animals than he even knew of, but from the sheer amount power such a item would have to have. In all of his days of studying at the akademiya and traveling to other lands in search of new plant varieties, he'd never seen anything like it. "Does it contains exotic plants as well? Do each of the animals have their own ecosystems? If you shut the suitcase for to long does the oxygen run out or does the suit case somehow supply oxygen? Have you ever tried to go in the suit case?"
Your eyes widened at his many questions, more and more spilling from his lips before he could stop himself...frazzling you slightly. You hadn't expected him to get so excited about it, but even with his never ending questions, it was absolutely adorable to see him this way. It was like he'd found a miracle and he wanted to learn everything about it with you.

Heizou stuck his head into your suitcase, trying to find clues as to how it worked, but the detective was more than just stumped, he was simply baffled as to how something like it could even exist. "You weren't joking when you said you wanted to show me something beyond my imagination. I've seen Onis with horns fight beetles and gods who can make the air actually buzz with emotion, but I don't think I've ever seen anything that has come close to the mystery behind this. Do you think you could live in it?"
"I suppose you could, but I'm not exactly sure. You could be the test subject if you'd like." You winked at him teasingly and he smiled up at you, almost like he was actually considering it for moment, "I think I prefer the scenery in the outside world, but we could always take a romantic vacation together inside the suitcase~" Your cheeks turned a scarlett red as he giggled at you quietly, if you teased him, it was only fair he teased back.
𑁍༄Xiao:
Xiao kneeled down, softly scratching the underside of a mora weasels chin, unbothered by the fact the animal had just run out of your suitcase along side a fairly massive boar. You actually seemed more surprised by his reaction than he did of your suitcase, "So what do you think hmm?"
"I think,...it reminds of the teapots us adepti sometimes use. They appear normal on the outside, but on the inside it's a island specifically designed with our comfort in mind, I've never seen a suitcase version before though.." His eyes met yours and your heart skipped a beat, you responded without even thinking and it flustered you to no end, "Do you have a teapot? May I see it if you do?"
"...I...don't have one, maybe, one day...we can make one together?"

“You have an hour and thirty minutes to show me later love…”

He frowned, he was being more affectionate than usual today because he had been busy with missions and wasn’t able to see you.
“When I’m done with your makeup okay?”
You muttered, putting away the brush.
“Fine…”
He said, wrapping his arms around your waist as he pulled you closer on his lap.
“I’m putting glitter on you okay?”
You asked, your cheeks slightly red while you carefully placed some glitter on his eyelid
Once you finished, Lyney kept his eyes closed and pressed a small kiss to your lips.
“Sorry mon Cher, couldn’t wait”
He chuckled, before moving some hair out the side of his bang so you could help draw the teardrop on.
“Youre so cute like this…”
He said as he tucked stray hair in your face away.
The moment you finished drawing the teardrop, Freminet called from outside the dressing room.
“Shows starting in 5…”
He muttered.
“Alright what was the trick you wanted to show me?”
“Mmm never mind, I’ll just show you after the show so you have something to look forward to…”
He placed his chin on your shoulder, before hugging you tightly

The bell rang to signal the end of lunch but you weren’t going anywhere, You couldn’t. Well, at least that's what it felt like. Despite there being nothing but one wall supporting your back you feel claustrophobic, You were shaking and the thoughts just wouldn’t stop. They raced around and around like a race car. The sounds of people collecting their stuff and the loud chatter and heavy steps were too loud.
No one ever came this way, you were hoping no one did especially now. You looked so vulnerable, your eyes puffy and red, your cheeks tear-stained. The concrete was somewhat comforting,
These thoughts only ended up reverting to your panic attack. Why won't it stop? Why. Why! A pair of footsteps came from around the corner. You didn’t realise until a blonde-haired boy was standing right in front of you.
“Oh my. Are you alright?” He sat down in front of you trying to be quiet enough not to startle you.
You couldn’t form the words to tell the boy to go away. You started to notice some details about him. He had medium-length blonde hair and on his left cheek, he had the mark of a tear. Nothing else stuck out much except his ocean-like eyes.
“Hey look at me. Can you try and tell me your name? If not that okay.”
You tried to form some words, and you ended up telling him your name.
“Y/n okay what I want you to do is focus on 5 things you can see.”
You could barely see past the tears that clouded your vision and even if you could you couldn’t speak. The walls kept closing in and you were almost choking on sobs.
“May I touch you, as in hold your hand?”
You could only nod, you didn't mind physical comfort and it might be worth a try. You felt his hand against your own bringing warmth to your body. “Can you focus on my touch then?”
You felt warm and fuzzy. His finger began to rub against your hand soothingly, and you could feel the tears slow down. You started to recite the 5 things you could see. “The clouds outside sniff the umm concrete…” You paused, he was smiling at you, you’d never had anyone look at you like that before.
“You're doing great.” He squeezed your hand a bit tighter.
Your breathing was still irregular but was almost starting to return. “You… The sky… And um birds.”
His smile brightened, “do I need to go through the rest of the thing? Or are you feeling better?”
“I think im okay now sniff”
“That's great!”
A silence fell between you two, and you then realised you’d never asked this mysterious boy's name before. He answered you saying his name was Lyney.
“Most people would’ve walked past… How did you know what to do?”
“My brother has panic attacks. he usually comes to me to help him.”
You leaned your head on his shoulder without thinking, he turned away and covered his face. Lyney wrapped his arm around you pulling you closer. You didn’t mind this he was war and was quite a comfy makeshift pillow. Safe to say you would be spending the rest of the period with him.

You glanced at the sleeping man next to you, who had originally had his back turned to you but must have shifted in his sleep, his face now mere inches from yours...and his own sadness visible.
You couldn't even really remember what the argument was about anymore and in that moment...your heart didn't want to fight about it, so you moved in closer, cuddling up to his warm figure and resting your face in his chest. To your surprise his arms wrapped around you tightly, holding you against him as he kissed your head softly and whispered with that morning voice you loved so much, "I'm sorry..."

You looked away as Lyney opened the door, leaving the room the two of you would usually have shared and looking rather depressed as he glanced at you, your hands instantly busying themselves with the dishes so you wouldn't have to talk. "Mon amour..." He said softly, voice just above a whisper as he stepped closer to you...his fingers gently touching your chin, guiding it so you'd look into his bright purple eyes. Their normal mischievous glint replaced with guilt and sadness, he was hurting...just like you.
You bit your bottom lip, tears welling up in your eyes as you hugged him so tightly, saying apologies between sobs and rubbing your face in his clothes, the comforting scent of rainbow roses making your heart ache. "Oh mon amour...I'm sorry too..." He said quietly, embracing you just as tightly as you had him and wiping your tears with his thumb before placing loving kisses on your cheeks.

The sound of knocking pulled you out of your thoughts, your eyes flicking to the door to see Scara, who to your surprise was leaning against its frame with his hat turned downwards so you couldn't see his face. Your chest tightened at the sight of him, the harsh words you'd both said the night before flooding into your mind and making your heart ache, was he here to argue more...you honestly couldn't bare the idea of it.
After a few moments of silence, you finally stood up from your chair and took cautious steps towards him, your voice shaky with sadness as you said his name "Scara...?"
Suddenly he grabbed ahold of you, pulling you into him like if he didn't he could loose you forever, his face buried in the crook of your neck as he held you tightly and your heart pounded against the walls of your chest, tears welled up in your eyes as you wrapped your arms around him. His breath warm against your ear and his voice softer than you'd ever heard it as he whispered a apology against your skin.

You sighed quietly as you opened the large door, watching as it swung open slowly to reveal Neuvillette, who glanced up at you from his desk, his eyes instantly filling with love and slight guilt when they landed on you. He cleared his throat, about to stand and most likely apologize again for the fight the two of you had previously, but you didn't give him the chance.
Instead you walked over to his chair, climbing into his lap with a light blush on your face and snuggling into his clothed chest as he embraced you tightly, not a word had to be said between the two of you to confirm that everything was alright again. He held you like that as he signed multiple papers and studied previous cases, placing kisses on the top of your head ever so often.

You stood there in shock as the mailbox spilled its contents onto the ground, absolutely overflowing with candies, love letters and even a rose...which was more like a group of random petals after being crushed by everything else. By the looks of it you had probably received almost thirty confessions...maybe more and you took care picking each one up, even the petals despite the fact you'd most likely wouldn't reciprocate their feelings. The least you could do was be kind about it.
Meanwhile, Lyney stood next to you...doing his best to keep face while you smiled at all the cutesy letters and blushed at all of the gifts you'd received. If only he could have confessed before valentine's day...then you wouldn't have received any letters at all because the two of you would be dating, or at least he hoped you'd be dating. Currently he was just your friend, a friend who was so desperately in love with you that he got jealous from little love notes. "My you've sure got a lot of confessions, are you...interested in anyone in particular?"

Your eyes widened in happy surprise as you turned to face the voice, your face blushing slightly as Lyney walked up to greet you, placing a kiss on your forehead and gentle touching your round tummy as a means to say hi to the baby as well. "Just thinking about what it would be like if our child wanted to be a magician like you, wouldn't that be cute?"
His eyes shimmered with excitement at being able to share something he loved so much with his baby, something he had always wished he could have shared with his own parents had he had any. "Well, I'd certainly be happy to teach them...buuut every magician, needs a fancy hat. Hmm I wonder..." He stepped away from you for a moment, taking his top hat off his head and reaching inside as if he were searching for something, a act you'd seen quiet a few times by now.
"Aha! I'm sure this will work right?" He pulled his hand out of his hat revealing a smaller, softer version of it, perfect size for a baby to wear and so cute you could barely stand it. "Oh my gosh!"

You squinted, attempting to peek through the cracks of Albedos fingers, his hands covering your face while he lead you to the surprise he'd made just for you and the baby. "Ready love?" His question made your heart skip a beat out of excitement, his hands pulling away and your eyes shooting open to see the most beautiful of gifts.
The babies nursery, now fully stocked with furniture you'd thought wouldn't be there for weeks and decorated with adorable toys and baby items, but most perfect of all was the walls...each one now hand painted with pastel versions of the stars, constellations dancing around the room. Your emotions were already all over the place and seeing his hard work snapped whatever hold you'd had on them, happy tears pouring down your face as Albedo hugged you tightly, kissing your cheek to comfort you. "Do you like it?"
"Albedo...it's perfect."

You were still in shock, Alhaitham...the man who you loved oh so much and were currently carrying the child of...had made you a surprise? It's not that you thought he wasn't kind enough to do so, not at all, but the idea of such a quiet bookworm, who himself wasn't a fan of surprises, was giving you one...seemed unbelievable. Had Kaveh put him up to it? "Alhaitham, you sure you came up with this?"
"I wouldn't lie. I'm sure once you see the surprise you'll know it wasn't anyone else's planning that brought it to fruition." His hand was intertwined with yours as he carefully lead you into the nursery, your eyes closed so you wouldn't be spoiled to the surprise and your large tummy making it difficult to maneuver through the room without bumping into anything.
"Alright open." Following his instructions you opened your eyes, looking around the babies room until your eyes landed on the newest addition to the furniture, a book shelf, absolutely filled to the brim with baby books galore and topped with toys he must have picked out when you weren't around. "I figured since I am not good at socialising, I could read to the baby and maybe teach them some thing early."

Your eyes widened at the sheer number of toys that sat in front of you, each one specifically picked or made by Heizou and varying in different pastel colours, the only issue was...you had absolutely no idea what some of them were. "Heizou these are really cute and incredibly well made, but what are they?" You looked next to you, your face turning slightly pink as he walked up to you and hooked a arm around your waist, his hand on your tummy like he always had it.
"They're all investigation tools that detectives use, just baby proofed. I figure with these types of tools, our baby can solve just about any playground crime and maybe catch a couple naughty children in the process. I even made them a little case so they could carry it all." He smiled happily at you, pride filling him as you giggled, "Baby isn't even born yet and you've already planned to be the best crime solving duo in existence, it's perfect."

"It's not anything that special, I just figured since I'm the father I should get the baby something." Scara looked away from you, his face slightly pink as he held up a small box for you to open, its exterior decorated in light blue wrapping paper and on the top sat a bright white bow, from the size of it, you'd have guessed it to be some type of jewelry.
"Scara...that's really sweet of you." You smiled at him sweetly, doing your best to hug him despite your large tummy and finding it adorable that when you pulled away, his hands had rested on the spot the baby was now kicking at. You almost wanted to say something about it, but decided against it, knowing he'd probably get flustered and end up with a little attitude, so instead you opened the gift.
After peeling back the wrapping paper and gently opening the box...you gasped, its contents hitting you much harder than you'd thought, your eyes watering at how much this must have meant to Scara. It was a baby bracelet, small golden chain with a singular charm hanging from it...a bright pink heart. "Oh my gosh..."
"People took my heart away, but...with you, it feels like I have one again and I wanted to make sure the baby had one too." He seemed to have trouble talking, like it was hard for him to explain, but you understood every word...

You couldn't help but feel slightly nervous, melusines lined up in front of you, each with a gift for your baby or you and all of them wanting to wish you a happy pregnancy. Neuvillette of course stood next to you, his hand holding yours to comfort you as best he could and protect you just in case, he truly didn't think the melusines would cause any harm, but he was incredibly protective of you and even more so now that you were carrying his child.
After the melusines had each given you a gift you turned to face Neuvillette, shocked to seem him holding one last present...a stuffed seal plushie that appeared to be hand sewn and somehow slightly resembled him, to the point you almost giggled in response. "Awe Neuvillette it's adorable! Did you make it? Oh it's so soft!" You accepted the stuffie from him, impressed by how fluffy it was and even more impressed by how light it seemed to be, perfect for baby to play with as they got older.
"Yes ma chérie, apologies if it isn't perfect..., I've never attempted to sew till now." You shook your head, hugging him happily, "It's absolutely perfect Neuvillette, our baby is going to love it."
Hello! For the safetober, may i request zhongli anf childe with reader thats always sleepy? Like they dont show it off but whenver theyre not doing anything reader just, plops on their shoulder (if in public) or lap and falls asleep. They dont have insomnia or anyth theyre just constantly sleepy for whatever reason

He had no idea why you always seemed to be falling asleep, occasionally he'd even find himself worrying about you..., but moments like these...where everything was still and you were in his embrace, they were precious to him. He'd even doze off with you sometimes, his mind always wandering to what your dreams could be about, what caused the small smile on your face...was it him?

Truthfully you'd think he would have grown used to this by now, after all you slept on him often...,but no matter how many times you ended up napping on him, everytime he saw you so at peace, his heart would swell with emotion. He'd get slightly blushed in the face and a warm love would fill his kind eyes while he enjoyed your presence. He'd always wish sweet dreams and tell you he loved you, even when you'd already started to sleep.

Childe leaned his head against yours, trying to remain still as a statue so he wouldn't wake you. He had always let his siblings rest on him before leaving schneznya and you were no exception, the moment you said you were feeling sleepy he'd offer his shoulder to you. Only little did you know, he actually enjoyed when you slept on him, it calmed him and made his mind stop racing long enough to see your beauty even clearer. It was like always being able to cuddle with you without ever having to ask and he loved every second of it.
