Reflecting on The Pixel Chix
It's the anniversary of my old band's second album "Second Bytes", which had its debut many years ago today! What is yr favorite track from the album?
I was checking out @parliy’s blog (fawning over their adorable characters per usual) and I realized how long it had been since I had drawn my own toony trio. So feeling inspired, I drew them up and give them a day out on the town. I also wanted to update their designs a bit and start maybe brainstorming some backstories.
For now, all that I am certain of is that:
-Both BB and Vincent live with and work for Lyra
-They have all been friends for quite some time (and are only friends and will stay that way!)
-Lyra is a (suspiciously) rich lady
-BB is a pretty damn good baker and is very protective of their recipes (it’s one of the few things they are willing to throw hands over)
-Vincent lived in an orphanage for a large part of his childhood
I kinda also wanna make a small thing about how I hear their voices

Also @elementalgod-aj Thanks for the necklaces! Vincent is wearing his as a pin in this comic. BB’s already wearing a bow so Lyra’s holing onto theirs. She’s wearing hers, its just impossible to see cause of all the fluff.
Finally finished their V-day outfits!! Also realized I had accidentally put red on BB’s card rather than purple!! Oops!!

Looks like a certain cute banded moth has caught this little luna moths attention! Guess you could say Lyra's heart is “fluttering” in her chest! (too much?)
