Colors: Opal, Tiffany/Saltwater, Snow White, Ash Grey, Lemon

I feel SUPER bad about this little one.  I was just burnt out COMPLETELY! I just didn’t have the heart to work on her. It was hard to get into the swing of sewing. :( I literally worked on her bit by bit, some times only getting a line done for her sweater pattern, to hand sewing less than an inch at a time on her mane or tail.

But now that I’m done with this gorgeous girl, I’m happy. :) She came out BEAUTIFULLY, in my opinion. I tried to put 120% of work into her, and I think I got pretty close!

I tried to go a different route with the mane design, adding a more 3D effect on the front. If I could change one thing, is making the back of the head/main part a little more rounded off instead of a sort of drop-off/blending. The horn was a bit more of a challenge, since her mane splits into two different colors in the front in an unusual way. I actually had an issue aligning the horn to look straight and not have some weirdo tilt! xD

Aside from that, nothing else really was a challenge. :)

The accessories were definitely different. The hoodie has velcro in the back to remove it from Lyra, and the hood is NON-FUNCTIONAL. Her scarf is just as removable. ^u ^ Nothing fancy, just a scarf. Her Lyre has magnets on both ends to attach to the little magnet on her mouth. And the Strings are just that....; strings! xD I used embroidery floss to make them. :) They’re pretty secure on the plushie lyre, I’m just a little skittish since this is the first time I’ve ever made something like this. :) I considered using Chenille stems, but couldn’t really figure out how to attach them since I had already sewn together the frame of the Lyre. x. x
