The Phyrexian Arc where my ocs are concerned:

-Traenor went on a revenge quest for the friend he thought he lost to Jin-Gitaxias, Endry.

-He enlists Klaus and Andra to help him out.

-Traenor and Klaus went to New Phyrexia and helped the resistance for a bit.

-They investigated Kaldheim, then Kamigawa, where they met Avon, who was investigating consortium leads that led her to Tezzeret's trail.

-They try to follow up on leads that bring them to Elspeth's homeplane, New Capenna. They meet walkers from the Order of Heliud , Lys Ora, Vanya, and Constance. Lys Ora blames Andra for initiating their homeplane's eventual destruction (andra is unaware) and she chases Andra off. Vanya joins the gang.

-They go to Dominaria, after reports of Phyrexians invading. Vanya takes them to the Serran Order of Grace, her order which had been infiltrated by Sleepers. Avon helps root them out, until she accidentally mind melds with a sleeper, and turns against them, nearly destroying them all. Avon is captured and left to recover, though they do manage to save the Order.

Around here, Ellidus is captured and compleated, and the Order's listening post on New Phyrexia now monitors planeswalker travel for New Phyrexia.

-In BRO they meet with the Gatewatch formally. They prepare their homeplanes for invasion. Traenor finally gets his second knighthood.

Around here, after months of the Listening Post being used to stop planeswalkers from messing with Phyrexia, the Order hires a certain Metathran to take it down. Ellidus is punished for losing it, and to try and make up for it, they help augment the Phyrexians' new anti-planeswalker field, with their body as a component.

Also Ora discovers Andra never intended to kick off the growing of Axin's aetherstorm, and would have stopped it if she could. They return to the gang.

-In ONE, the gang go to New Phyrexia to try and run interference for the Planeswalker Strike Team, and achieve a secondary goal, which is to try and find how the Phyrexians are compleating planeswalkers.

But Klaus is separated on arrival and captured. His immunity from Melira is bolstered by some Halo he takes, so he isn't compleated at first. However they do put him into a pod to access his memories and magic. While he's under, he dreams a journey through the layers of Phyrexia, where he sees people he knows being either captured or compleated. He's rescued just before he dies or gets compleated.

Ellidus is probably separated from Realmbreaker, left helpless.

What was your oc's like as a child? What was their childhood like? Do they think they had a good childhood?

Well, let's see! Klaus: Had a fairly good childhood, with loving parents, and a best friend who kept bullies off his back. He was pretty quiet and sensitive, so he spent a fair amount of reading. He probably loved to pretend he was a bigshot explorer of some kind. Andra: Never had a childhood! As an Aetherborn she was born at the prime of her life, and on Axin, Aetherborn are often born alone. The first few weeks she spent totally alone, before bumping into other Aetherborn. After those Aetherborn met up with some humans, she picked up her gender from them. Lys Ora: Grew up in Axin's Kor Armada, which traveled in giant tracked crawlers, mobile hangars for the fleets of vehicles they used to travel the wastes. Very busy childhood, every person in the armada is expected to pitch in and help out, but I think she did have a very genuine connection to her community through this, and she excelled. Vanya: Hd a fair childhood on Valla, where she felt like she was helping them battle the demon hordes in her own way. She'd proven herself numerous times, and if everything went right, she'd have been a valkyrie herself. Traenor: His parents did a good job, trying to make sure he had a normal childhood, and they took care of him on the farm. He did occasionally have moments where his troll appearance revealed itself which led to some awkward moments where he pretended that was his curse, but that DID lead to him meeting Syr Caitlin, and he doesn't think he can repay her enough for letting him be her squire.

Is time for one of my favorite asks, as it is time for a pot-luck! what are your ocs brining?

Okay, Klaus would bring maybe Fish Balls, made from fried ground fish. Traenor might bring a whole suckling pig to roast. Vanya would bring a nice hearty stew. Ora would bring dough and fry up flatbread onsite. Kindra would make little pies! Andra would try to bake a cake. She can't eat it, but it looks like a lot of fun!

Colored my drawing of my two Order of Heliud walkers! Lys is a Kor-Aasimar who found the order of Heliud on Regatha. Her favorite past time is killing bastards. Vanya is a devotee of Serra. She wants to figure out how to free all flies from all spider-webs without starving all spiders.

What creature types would a creature card version of your character have?

Lys Ora would be a Kor Angel Soldier! Klaus would be a Human Pirate! Traenor would be a Human Troll Knight! Cullen and Sy'Rikk would be a Phyrexian Human Germ Soldier! Vanya would be a Human Cleric! Kindra would be an Elf Druid (Depending on the set, she could be an insect too, but I don't think that's necessary) Andra would be an Aetherborn Pilot!

Recently I went around asking about your ocs childhoods so it’s only logical to now ask what you think your ocs will be like once they reach old age?

Klaus: I think Klaus would be pretty good-humored as a senior. He might feel like he doesn't need to be anywhere in particular, because his feet have done all the roving and wandering they've needed to, and all he needs now is a place to rest with people who love him. He'd like to think that all that going places and seeing things has maybe learned him a thing or two, and he'd love to share that with people. Or maybe just what he knows about the sea, and the stars, because people can always stand to learn about those things. Andra: In a way she's already there. She is now at least two years past her natural lifespan, but she has the body she had when she was in her prime. Give it a few more years, and she'll be the Aetherborn equivalent of the Bicentennial Man. I think she's really enjoying it, but part of her is sad that soon, there won't be a single Aetherborn from her homeplane who was alive to know her. Lys Ora: Would probably be really grumpy. Either her thirst for vengeance has never stopped, in which case she'll be a senior on your ass for every little thing, or it's burnt out and left her full of regret about things she can't take back, and things she hasn't done. Vanya: I think Vanya would take to age pretty gracefully, gentleness is in her nature, so having an excuse to do nothing but sit around, maybe make some tea, dispense nuggets of wisdom, that might agree with her temperament very much. Traenor: Senior Citizen Traenor...He'd probably take after Syr Caitlin, who was a knight well into her 70s and continue to kick it. Age never slowed his mentor, and he won't let it do it to him. He would have to reckon with maybe having less strength, the way Syr Caitlin did, but hey, maybe he could finally learn some more advanced magic like he'd always tried.

Nobody cares about the Order of Heliud's lore, so I'll just go have this fanwalker that's another agent of the order, because why not!

Her name is Lys-Ora, She's a Kor light mage from my post-apocalyptic Mad Max fanplane, where a big aetherstorm is killing and mutating everything, and people fight for resources, more backstory under the cut!

The Aetherstorm is centered over a ruined city and the main factions (and other noteworthy individuals) race each other through it trying to find whatever is at the center to keep for themselves. Her ride crashed close to the finish, then the storm got mysteriously bigger, making the Kor Armada (a fleet of vehicles including big sand-crawlers that work like automobile carriers) start to get into infighting. She sparked after nuking the camp of a splinter faction of Kor that decided to capture her, and also one of her plane's inscrutable and alien angels healed her when she should have died, giving her some celestial abilities. She first planeswalked to Regatha, where she found the Order of Heliud. After working as an agent for a while, she passed through the purifying fire.
