Hi ^^ I really like your blog! I have a little question for you though, if you don’t mind answering, of course. What're your thoughts/headcanons on a male Omega breastfeeding their baby? I don’t think this is a topic that a lot of people bring up or think about too much. I was just imagining a situation where bottle feeding isn’t an option (like in an apocalypse, things might be in short supply), and wondered what your own take was on something like male Omegas feeding their babies naturally.
Hello! Thank you so much!
Male Omega breastfeeding would be similar to a Female Omega breast feeding. Along with Male and Female Betas. Hope this helps!
Male Omega Breast feeding is totally possible.
It’s normal.
They won’t grow humongous breasts.
They will stop producing milk when it’s not needed (the child grows up).
Their breasts/chest will go back to normal size when producing milk is not needed.
They would prefer to stick to their nests (or a comfy/snug area) to breast feed.
Bottle use is normal as well, it’s really up to the Omega.
Some Omegas will start with breast feeding and then switch to bottle use.
Some parents pump their breasts and put that in bottles.
If supplies were in short supply
Male Omegas would need to limit breast feeding time, since, if things are in short supply people are going to have to work harder and such to survive. But they do have to feed their children.
Lets say the child’s parent died or abandon, hopefully, another Omega or Beta would step up to the plate and their nurturing instinct kicks in and they are able to produce the milk that is needed.
The more children that need to be breastfed can really take a tole on the parent. They need to be careful.
