Dylan was moving into a new apartment and being new to the city didn't have any help and had decided to only pay movers for the big stuff. He was stronger than he looked so he had packed up with boxes. The weight was no problem but what he couldn't do was see having stacked it up WAY too high. So of course not yet knowing this building amazingly he misjudged how many stairs there were and fell flat on his fucking face, boxes going everywhere.
He groaned in both frustration and pain and looked up to see what was a very attractive person looking on to the scene in concern and coming towards him. Great he had this embarrassing moment and someone saw. Perfect. "I'm okay," he assured as he carefully attempted to get to his feet.
Dylan: what happened to bros before... nice girls?
Bryce: you're like my brother. And you don't kiss me. Gabbie does.... A lot.
Dylan: I can change that!
💘 ~ Dylan
Dylan has his moments. Moments that include realizing he’s fallen in love. Dylan realized that the moment he sat down and actually, you know, spoke with Lailani.
He was just so captivated by her. By the way she spoke, her slow movements, her eloquent vocabulary. Everything. Lailani was just everything Dylan wasn’t and it made the boy crave her so much more.
Whenever he thinks about this moment he feels his heart racing the moment he remembers what her eyes looked like. They were bright, full of energy and passion. Her smile was so bright when she talked about subjects she was passionate about. Dylan blushes every time he thinks about the small movements she made. The crinkles under her eyes when she squinted, when she smiled.
In that moment he knew he fell in love with the right girl.
moving back home.
Norma Bates rushed down the stairs of her home, expecting it to be Romero on the other side of the door, and so she made sure a little skin was showing above her robe when she let the gust of air in, prickling goosebumps along her exposed flesh. “Norma?! What the hell? — Is that why the No Vacancy sign is up?” Dylan half-joked as he was shielding his eyes with one hand. “I thought you were someone else. I’m having a special thing— a special dinner plan with — what are you doing here? I mean, is everything okay?” Dylan could only chuckle as he brushed past his mother, whom was blushing in the way that school-girls do before a first date. “Everything is fine. I’m actually making a few adjustments in my life. I was hoping to stay here while things settled down a bit?” Norma looked relieved yet confused as she did her best to cover up. “Okay. Okay, that’s fine. That’s great. I’d love for you to stay, Dylan.” She wasn’t lying, since Romero moved in things have been a little awkward, to say the least. “Thanks, Norma.” Dylan said with a small smile accompanied by a light nod. “You look different. Better. Happier. I’ve never seen you like this.” Dylan wanted to roll his eyes but it was true. He felt better. Different. In a good way. “It’s her? Isn’t it?” Norma asked, never too shy to pry. “Yeah, yeah I guess it is. But I wanted to talk to Norman first.” — “Aw, Dylan. Norman just— he has so much on his plate right now. You know, with everything. It’s probably best if you just, keep things under the radar for now.” A snort could be heard between them as Dylan smirked. “You mean like you and Romero?” Norma flinched back, her blue eyes wild with defense. “That’s different — that’s, that’s an, an arrangement. For Norman.” — “Relax, Norma. I get it.” Suddenly there was a knocking on the door. A light rapping that sounded all too familiar. “That should be Romero.” Norma rushed back to the door. “—That’s actually, probably Emma. I invited her over.” Norma stopped just short of the door knob and whipped around with daggers for eyes. “Dylan!” — Dylan ignored her and opened the door.
I think you left out TJ/Hot Cheetos. I'm pretty sure he's working up to popping the question.
I don't ship people with inanimate objects. Boundaries, people.
I AM SO TIRED OF DANTE AND ALEXIA
