Bodyguards were not something that Mitchell would ever get used to, he was damn well sure of it. Something about the way they silently followed his every step, had an eye on him 24/7, it was unnerving. It made him more anxious than the threat of dangers themselves. And yet, despite all of that, despite how little he left the damn house these days, his father insisted... and so Mitchell insisted on torturing the poor souls right on back. At least, that's what he was telling himself he did as he messed with this new guy. He took a few steps down the hallway. Stopped. Another few steps. Stopped. Stepped back once. Then forward. Frustration grew as the man seemed to match every step. He stepped forward again. Then back, back, back in a rush that threw him right into the bodyguard's frame.
"Ah! See! Incompetent! I demand someone else," Mitchell huffed, folding his arms as he turned and quirked a brow at the man in question, even pulling his glasses further up his nose as though they'd been knocked completely out of shape.
“It’s not that I don’t want a relationship someday, I’m just saying- Friends with benefits, fuckbuddies, if you will, could be way less stressful right now.” Mitchell’s pout was deep and immediate, arms folding over his chest. “You’re hot, I’m passable, it was just a suggestion. You don’t have to take offence to it...”

He was dead. He was so, so, so, so, SO dead. Like, not even enough body left for the funeral levels of dead. Panic was written over every limb, every feature as he darted from street to street, a dog lead clutched in one hand, and no dog on the other. And that, right there, was the exact reason he was so dead. He’d decided to be an idiot and wait for the sun to cool to walk the dog he was watching, a dog who happened to belong to one of the higher-ups at the company nearby, and she had gotten loose and... fuck. Why was there nobody around?!! “Lulu! Fuck... Lulu, come here girl!” He turned a corner, eyes darting around the dark street before finally landing on movement - a person, not the dog. “Hi! Hi, I’m so sorry, I don’t suppose you’ve seen a golden retriever around here anywhere?”
