The Pinwheel Galaxy M101. Somehow the first I'm ever trying this target.

M101, the Pinwheel Galaxy. This is only about 90 minutes of luminance data at f/8, so it's definitely a little more choppy than I'd like, but it's neat to see how much the supernova has faded since this time last year. It's just barely resolvable as a small red dot directly above the bright region of NGC 5461, at about 4 o'clock from the galactic core.
