M2 Competition RACE CAR 🇩🇪 ______________________________________ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ [8/1/19] #ACNafterDark We have been waiting for an M2 CS to arrive but instead BMW has announced they are making a factory M2 Competition Race Car! M2 CS UPDATE 🇩🇪 ______________________________________ [5/22/19] The M2 CS has been spied and rumored for what it seems like ages now and the 2 series line is on the verge of a total redesign too but the CS is almost here to send it all off! New info from leaking BMW documents are saying that this send off M2 CS might be the most hardcore M coupe with the straight 6! Being a CS model, like the M4 CS, it will get loads of carbon bits like a roof, the door panels, side mirrors, aero bits and interior trim! But the power numbers are insane! 🔥 @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: Powering the M2 competition is the same 3.0L TwinTurbo 6 making 405HP! But the CS? Well that aparently is getting a tuned S55 3.0L TT Straight 6 to make 450HP and 368 lb-ft of torque.. woah! What’s even better is that the 7speed DCT isn’t the only option as a 6 speed manual apparently could be on offer! 🔥 Additionally there will be upgraded lightweight 19in wheels, carbon ceramic brakes, a new adaptive suspension, upgraded exhaust and a rumored limited build number of just 2,200 and a release date of next spring! The leak also says the interior could gets bits like an alcantara wheels and competiton seats straight out of the M3 and M4 CS! Spy shots of the M2 CS show beefed up aero upfront and at the rear but overall a similar design to the M2 Competiton! This will only be sold in France and is mostly just graphics so don’t worry, but it does look a bit more special! 🔥 @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: Powering the M2 competition is the 3.0L Turbo 6 making 405HP!🔥 Being a special edition BMW you can’t forget to add all the endless M Performance parts like the exhaust tips and carbon exterior trims! To top it off is the BMW Motorsport decals and a special interior badge to make you feel that much better. Oh and just 40 examples will be made, again in France only!
