does anyone know how to solve this issue: my hard disk isn’t showing up on my finder (i use a mac) after a few time machine errors started showing up. i tried ejecting my disk last night but it kept saying some application is using it but nothing is?? and i plugged it out (my bad on that). now, my hard disk only shows up in the disk utility but not in my finder and i can’t mount it onto my mac. if anyone has a solution that doesn’t involve me crashing my entire hard disk, please let me know... a lot of my stuff is on it (including my gifs)

Soooooo I spilled prosecco on my MacBook (•᷄- •᷅ ‘) It still turns on, but it’s not charging, last time I look it was at 8%. ANYWAYS…. I really want to go in and try to save everything I can. Mostly my sims cc but also like the art I’ve made lol. If anyone know computer and could maybe help figure out how to fix it I will kiss you and smooch you (˵˘ ³˘˵)

I uh, I fucked up

I've wanted to reset my Macbook Pro's memorybank for quite a while now and after finally saving my information on a USB I started clicking around to see how I would do such a thing. I opened up my HD thing in settings and clicked a button to reset?

I'm stuck on this screen now.

I originally bought this off of my high school, so I'm guessing they have the code since nothing that I've used to open it worked. I just wonder *what* code I need to ask for, or if I can salvadge this at all.

If my old school doesn't have the code I guess I'll have to go to a tech place, aaaaaaa fuck

How the hell do you download an app because it goes to the finder or smthn and I’m like genuinely clueless abt it lol

PLS OMG I STRUGGLED WITH THT FOR MONTHS HAHAHA I'll show it in a series of steps (using discord as an example)

1. Go to the website of the app you want to download (click download on mac)

2. Double click on the downloaded "file" at the bottom

3. It will show you this on the Finder app. Drag the logo to the applications symbol

4. On Finder, click applications, and then double click the app you downloaded

5. Once it's added to your task bar, click on it and use it as you like :)

does anyone else's MacBook randomly freeze and not work until it restarts? mine has been doing it and I have no clue why (honestly might be the sims and all the damn packs that I felt the need to buy when I got the game) but id rather not lose school work because of it lmao
