4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of his family? What are her relationships with them?

- Well, there's Kurasame. Like much of the class, she's been doing her best to warm up to him and get used to the fact that he's not well - not mother XD. She regards him professionally, as their teacher and their captain who can be a bit of a hardass. But she takes it all in stride. They're at war and it's people like Kurasame that make everyone else feel safe because they're such a strict hardass.

5. Who is/was the character’s best friend? How did they meet?

- Cater likes to think she's on a pretty even keel with all of Class-0, but I'd say the one she talks to the most is Cinque, Jack followed by a close second (my own activity here not withstanding -sheepish-). Given how the class was named and how they became a part of Class-0, I do imagine Cater was the one to help Cinque get herself acclimated into Class-0 no matter what (across all timelines). But this is also something I'll have to talk about with our resident Cinque, so I'll get back to you on that : ).
