The yearly rituals for the statue of Rato Machhindranath {bün-dyo} being performed at its temple. Here, the mask of the statue is being re-painted for up-coming chariot festival starting from May 2nd.

Normally this is done very privately in a closed door and only few families are allowed during this process, but some idiot decided to take pictures and post it on the Facebook.
