Idea - dummy!Papyrus

Looks like mad had a bit a kindness in him!

Background:
After having a sans body, Mad noticed all the Papyruses and remembered his sibling from the Ruins! So after collecting some left out monster souls. He walked back to the Ruins, and to dummy, and showed him the new body, a white papyrus with white clothing. Dummy wasn't sure, but they accepted and entered the Papyrus body, leaving the dummy.
Info:
Dummy is well established as a shy person/Ghost but because of mad he has to speak to say sorry.
Dummy is much more "well behaved" than Mad.
Tho, Dummy cares about Mad, so sometimes he steps in to protect Mad... Causing 0.0005 damage, because he really doesn't want to hurt anyone.
Appearance:
A Papyrus body, pure white, and made of random unwanted monster souls that mad collected.

Abilities:
Even if not used very often, they are still valuable in extreme measures:
1. Retreat for safety: with this ability, Dummy forces mad to go with him far away from the fight. If mad gets in "Big" trouble.
2. DustRing: with this ability, Dummy uses some of his body to make shield to protect mad before using ability { 1 } for Extra protection.
Weapons:
Why would a trustworthy dude hold a weapon?
Personality:
They are shy. To the point where they don't talk a lot, and rarely ever interact with anyone, but because of Mad, dummy has to say sorry sometimes.
Undertale info:
After running from undyne you fall into the waterfall waste land. Where you will find "Mad dummy" (that inspired Mad!Sans) and he would talk about how you(The player) treated his sibling, the dummy in the start of the Ruins.
Noteable lines:
"no YOU are NOT Gonna keep fighting brother, retreat, like it or not"
"oh please, do not fight him..."
"Be careful brother.... You okay?"
