→ messing around in their second-year days with keito had been incredibly fun, maybe even more so because of keito’s stuffy personality. but nowadays keito shuts himself away with his work, and paves the pathway of destruction for himself. while madara cannot forgive him wholly, he still yearns for those days where he can bring back keito’s smile.

→ keito knows by siding with eichi and the student council he’ll lose many of his friends, and madara is no exception. so it does make him happy, though he suppresses it, when madara waltzes into the student council room and bothers him while ignoring eichi in the background. he’ll tell him to leave him alone, but sometimes he does accompany his old friend with his shenanigans.

→ keito is by far one of the most interesting people madara has ever met, and hearing his snide remarks and cryptic comments never fail to tickle him. as he falls for his friend, keito in turn feels bits and pieces of his youth returning when he’s around madara, and that these feelings could be one born of a crush. they meet each other’s feelings head-first, and try out being romantic partners.

→ in spite of their conflicting personalities, they go splendidly together, with madara ignoring most his keito’s harmlessly mean remarks, and showering him with kisses and affection. keito tolerates this, for if he doesn’t, he knows plenty well madara would hoist him into the air and dance around him with; that is way more embarrassing than madara’s endless PDA, honestly.

→ keito spends much of his life participating in traditional events, and with madara being an avid fan of festivals, they’re always bound to meet each other for impromptu dates at festivals. they walk around in their yukatas, basking in the lively atmosphere, and madara pushes takoyaki upon karaage upon candy apples on keito. after every event, they’re always bloated and tired.

→ there are still conflicts in their relationship time to time, with madara’s quiet discontent with keito being eichi’s loyal puppet. it’s hard on keito, but he does prove to his boyfriend that his loyalty lies with him too; actions speak louder than words, and sometimes he blows his cold facade by embracing his boyfriend, shyly, and his presence means the world to someone who never had it.
