I've had a couple people ask if I've been updating my fics, both on here and on ao3, so I just wanted to let you all know what's going on with my life. I'm currently on a writing hiatus right now, just cause I'm so fucking busy. End of the semester is in 3 weeks, and within that time I get to: 1. finish up my thesis *cry* 2. write a few last-minute literary essays *cry some more* 3. compile a portfolio of all my graduate work (that's a new one they've just sprung on us, yay) *scream and cry* 4. teach my wonderful freshmen *cry over their grades with a bottle of Jack in hand* 5. meet with them about the aforementioned grades *tear my hair out* 6. grade their *wonderful* informative essays *cry over their essays while scribbling passive-aggressive notes in the margins* 7. present my thesis *sob and shake from exhaustion and relief afterwards* 8. give and take finals *revert to my coffee addiction that I've been trying to slowly but surely cure myself of* 9. have an exit interview with the heads of my department (because what grad student doesn't want that extra stress in their life) *collapse into a drunk stupor to sleep off that particular horror* 10. and somehow find time to spend with my friends before I leave in May Yeah....not too much to worry about, right? Right??? But I will start writing again towards the middle of May, and I'll prob update the chubby!cas, finish up the arranged marriage!au, add to the small town!au, and start my first 00q fic. Yeah...hopefully... Hehehe.... Fuck, I'm going to drive myself fucking insane with this school shit...
