Inspired by Blake Jennings once more! I keep coming up with dumb jokes for these and I gotta share 'em. Basically none of them can say it, so the real question is who says it anyway.
Kamoshida and Kaneshiro: Yell it at teenagers
Madarame: Doesn't say it because he doesn't like acknowledging that queer people exist in any capacity
Okumura: Would never say it because of the potential PR nightmare, exclusively uses old-timey slang for gay people instead (can't explain this one, it just feels right)
Shido: Doesn't say it unless he's drunk and it's usually targeted at Akechi
Sae: Absolutely can say it, but chooses not to
Shadow Sae: Says it all the time and usually at Akechi
Yaldabaoth: Yelled it during his boss fight but only at Joker
