For Anne's dress: okay so i am not actually a huge fan of the costumes from this show in general (mostly bc i have the sullivan version as a point of comparison and the clothes on that bitch were IMMACULATE) however, i feel like this particular dress deserves to be in the running. it was a significant moment for the character, in a "look how grown she is! look how far we've come!" kinda way. plus the vibrancy of the blue is *mwah* gorgeous
