i’ll be slowly redrawing everybody’s sprites & updating them, as well as hopefully drawing a few more expressions for each character - i hope to at least have the prologue for Danganronpa S up on YouTube by the end of 2021!

i downloaded sai ver 2 and decided to have a bit of fun by redesigning my fangan protagonist maemi! i always thought she was a little bit too plain even by fangan protagonist standards, and i think this brought her up to a level where i’m satisfied with her! 

i do in fact want to use some of the time this year to re-do danganronpa s and upload it as a video series to my channel, but i haven’t made too many definitive plans yet oTL

welp i’ve been playing skullgirls these past few days thanks to a final assessment and i spent just long enough playing it that it reemerged as a hyperfixation lmao F @ me, though admittedly this illustration doesn’t show the connection that well 

with this i was sort of going for a Filia/Samson-like Parasite thing between Maemi and Seigi (my partner’s oc) with Seigi acting more as her shadow rather than being physically attached to her? idk, but it was fun to draw

i’ve been listening to the songs from barbie in princess and the pauper for most of today, so that kind of influenced today’s inktober - though not directly

i drew maemi again but i think i changed enough about her to use her again, and i really love the deep red dress!!! i think it’s simple yet elegant and one of the prettiest costumes i’ve ever drawn, even if it’s only half of it

drew a sort of future! version of maemi. i know im drawing my ocs a lot and not everyone enjoys that, but i’ll probably still do it anyway because im enjoying that
